The Army Aviation Association of America is a not-for-profit organization with many constituencies to include Active Duty, Reserve Component, Civilian, Industry, Retired, affiliated organizations, and friends of Army Aviation.  Regardless of interests and motivations there is one indisputable and overriding focus that the AAAA membership would agree upon as it’s purpose: To Support the United States Army Aviation Solder. The Reserve Officers Association (ROA) represents members of the seven United States Uniformed Services.  The men and women who serve our Nation in the cause of freedom need and deserve a voice in creating government policy. ROA provides that voice. Respected, vigorous, effective—ROA has a long list of policy accomplishments, and an ambitious long-range program for the coming decade and beyond.  Founded in 1922, and chartered by Congress in 1950, ROA's mission is to "...support and promote the development and execution of a military policy for the United States that will provide adequate National Security."

The Airlift/Tanker Association is dedicated to ensuring that American military forces continue to have the air mobility capability required to implement U.S. national security strategy. Association membership includes active duty, reserve and retired military personnel, both officer and enlisted, as well as civilian and industrial supporters of the air mobility mission. International in scope, the Association has chapters and members through the world.

AMSUS, the Society of the Federal Health Agencies, was founded in 1891 and chartered by Congress in 1903. The name of this organization, the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, is historically significant but the literal wording of its title does not cover its current full mission of advancing all aspects of federal medicine. It was originally a membership organization for surgeons and physicians. However, AMSUS is now comprised of professionals serving in the full spectrum of healthcare disciplines in the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Public Health Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, US Army Reserve, US Navy Reserve, US Air Force Reserve, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and the Coast Guard. More than 9,000 members count on AMSUS to provide them with up-to-date information and services.

Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) was formally organized in 1972 with the goal of increasing the voice of enlisted personnel in the National Guard. Beginning with twenty-three states, EANGUS now represents all 54 states and territories, totaling more than 70,000 members. Headquartered in Alexandria, Va, just outside Washington D.C, EANGUS maintains a full-time staff to represent our interests in the Pentagon and on Capital Hill. EANGUS is a non-profit association.

The National Guard Association of the United States, or NGAUS, was created in 1878 for the purpose of providing united National Guard representation before Congress. In the first constructive meeting of officers from the North and South after Reconstruction, the organizational meeting of the NGAUS had the goal of obtaining better equipment, standardized training and a more combat-ready force by petitioning Congress for resources. Today, well over a century later, the NGAUS has the same mission. Our goal is to maintain the freedom and security of this nation by guaranteeing a strong national defense through the provision of a vital dynamic National Guard as a part of the Total Force.
